Return Policy
At Aethel Candle Co., we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our candles. Each product is hand-poured in small batches, which means that slight variations are to be expected. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on used candles. That said, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we're here to help if something isn't right.
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if your item arrived damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item. To be eligible, the candle must be unused, unburned, and returned in its original packaging.
To start a return, please email us at aethelcandleco@gmail.com with your order number, a clear photo of the issue (if applicable), and a brief description of the problem. We will respond within 2–3 business days to help resolve the matter.
If your item qualifies, we’ll send a replacement if it’s available. If not, we’ll issue a store credit for the value of the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for used or burned candles, sale items, gift cards, limited-edition products.
