These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Website, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. Aethel Candle Co., LLC ("Aethel," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Shipping and Order Processing
Shipping Area
We currently ship only within the United States. Orders to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations are not accepted at this time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Processing times may increase during peak seasons or sales.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days)
Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day)
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT will be processed the next business day. Shipping estimates do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery address, service selected, and order value.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in new condition. Original packaging is not required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item was damaged during shipping or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. If the claim is approved, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Return Process
Email us at aethelcandleco@gmail.com to initiate a return.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, ship the item to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to shipping damage or our error.
Refund Options
You may choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive the return for your refund to process.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are marked as "Ready to Ship." If your order has already shipped, you may initiate a return once it is delivered.

Your card is charged at the time of order confirmation. Orders may be canceled if your payment method is declined.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged where required by law, based on your shipping address. This includes but is not limited to the state of Texas.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as “Pre-Order” are not yet available for immediate shipping. Payment is required at checkout. Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page but are subject to change. You may cancel a pre-order anytime before it ships by contacting us at aethelcandleco@gmail.com.
Account Registration
Creating an account allows you to view order history and receive updates. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Aethel Candle Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions-including, but not limited to, their breach, termination, enforcement, or interpretation—shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Harris County, Texas, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on the parties.
By using this website, you agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action proceeding related to any dispute governed by this arbitration clause.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This Website and all products and services provided are offered "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aethel Candle Co., LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or purchase of our products.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, product names, and images, are the property of Aethel Candle Co., LLC or its licensors. Use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
